Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages

PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.

Import Duties/ Taxes

We are not responsible for the charges that may occur during the delivery of your items, due to the size and nature of our products, it is very rare that additional charges occur.

Do the Watches come boxed

Not always, this can not be guaranteed. Some items the box is a choice, but they are always delivered safely despite coming without a box.

Backorders

Its a rare occurrence that our items are sold when we are out of stock as we have automation in place to stop this,but if it does happen, we will make sure the order is fulfilled ASAP. 

How long does shipping take?

We advise that it can take any time up to 40 days as some of our products are shipped from overseas.

Returns

We want customer satisfaction before anything else. Before anything else, please email us at geminiwatchesuk@gmail.com.

We will respond ASAP. 

We will NOT refund a watch that has been visible worn or was sold over 30 days ago. The refund will usually consist of store credit of equal value of the item. Sale items can not be returned unfortunately.

Cancelling an Order

In order to get your new watch out to you as soon as possible we can not accept cancellations more then 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame please email us at geminiwatchesuk@gmailcom. Otherwise we are more then happy to accept a return once you have received your products. Please visit the "How Do I Return My Order" tab for more details. 

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
